Sally Durgan is a senior manager for leadership development at Healthforce Center at the University of California, San Francisco. She joined the Center in 2006 as a program development associate for the California Health Care Foundation (CHCF) Health Care Leadership Program and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) Executive Nurse Fellows Program. Prior to joining UCSF, Sally served as the health outcomes project manager for Building Opportunities for Self-Sufficiency (BOSS), a homeless services organization in Alameda County and as a research assistant for The California Endowment. Sally earned an MS degree from the Department of Policy Analysis and Management at Cornell University and a BA in Biology and French from Lafayette College. She is also certified as an integral coach by New Ventures West.
