In her role as associate director of leadership, Tania oversees the development and delivery of customized leadership initiatives for health care professionals in California and beyond. She serves as a member of Healthforce Center’s executive team working to advance its mission to equip health care organizations with the workforce knowledge and leadership skills to effect positive change.
Previously, as senior vice president at Allison+Partners, Tania was responsible for the development of Allison University, the agency’s global learning and development program; and provided counsel to executives specializing in thought leadership, brand positioning, issues management, media and presentation training. Representing organizations across industries, she has worked with clients including: Roche, University of California, Berkeley, The Accelerated School, The Skoll Foundation, Edmodo, Franklin Covey, Fast Company, Dropbox, Wells Fargo, Visa International, among others. Tania received an MBA and an MA in educational leadership from Mills College and an MTS from Harvard University.
