Healthforce Center researchers work closely with clients to understand short-term and long-term health workforce issues and develop strategies to position them for success.
The faculty and research staff bring decades of experience and are able to leverage a broad network of collaborators to develop and conduct analyses. We have expertise in conducting forecasts of workforce supply and demand; analyzing turnover and recruitment issues; identifying strategies to develop staff skills and knowledge; and conducting custom surveys and other research that contribute to the creation of successful workforce strategies for a wide variety of organizations and systems. We also work with government agencies and public education institutions to conduct short-term studies to inform their programs and policies.
