Khadijat Alli, BA
Khadijat Alli is a research analyst at Healthforce Center at UCSF and the Institute for Health Policy Studies (IHPS). She also works with the California Oral Health Technical Assistance Center (COHTAC), where she collaborates with a team to provide technical assistance to 60 Local Oral Health Programs (LOHPs) across California. Her work focuses on driving program improvements and policy reforms in areas such as health workforce stability, dental care coordination, and the development of sustainable health care models. She enjoys being a part of such an impactful institution and enacting positive change in society.
Alli has extensive experience in diverse health and social service settings including hospitals, clinics, and health departments. Before joining UCSF, she worked at Crystal Stairs, a nonprofit organization, in the Long-Term Management sector, where she facilitated recertifications and helped connect parents with childcare providers for funded childcare services. Prior to that, she was involved in health education and community outreach for the Long Beach Health Department, advancing the Tobacco Education and Prevention Program (TEPP).
Alli holds a bachelor's degree in public health from the University of California, Merced.
