Healthforce Center's Policy Advisory values a community-driven and collaborative approach to transforming the health workforce.
Our policy priority areas evolve to meet the changing needs of our health policy landscape. Current priority areas have been shaped by interactive design workshops with leaders and organizations representing diverse health workforce policy needs and interests along with close collaboration and guidance from our Pathfinder Council.
A key focus of our policy advisory is to accelerate the dissemination of Healthforce Center's policy workforce research and evidence into the hands of community advocates and policymakers to advance solutions to meet our most pressing policy needs.
