The California Improvement Network’s report, CIN Connections: Healing the Healers, features actionable information to tackle provider burnout and promote well-being at health care organizations. It includes an interview with Mickey Trockel, MD, PhD, from Stanford Medicine WellMD Center, who provides seven steps organizations can take to improve provider wellness, in addition to a snapshot of the efforts Kaiser Permanente, the San Francisco Health Network, and Sharp Community Medical Group are making to tackle burnout. CIN is a California Health Care Foundation project managed by Healthforce Center.
