Vaishnavi Vaidya is a program manager at the Healthforce Center at UCSF. In this role, she manages the CHCF Health Care Leadership program. Vaidya supports these teams in project management, events planning, meeting facilitation, and writing content for the program’s website.

Vaidya has extensive experience in project management, program development, and health policy. In her previous role, she managed a cross-institutional partnership that supported a coalition of the largest city and county health departments in developing programs and policies that centered equity in urban settings.

She holds a master’s in public health in health policy and management from Drexel University and a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
