Research Analyst
Xenia Mendez is a Research Analyst at the Healthforce Center at UCSF, where her work focuses on health services research and program evaluation. Her previous work includes the evaluation of CalGrows, a workforce training initiative designed to support direct care workers and unpaid family caregivers. Mendez currently conducts qualitative research for projects examining the workforce that supports people seeking abortion care, as well as the dementia care workforce. She also provides project management for the California Oral Health Technical Assistance Center.
