Clinic Leadership Network

The Clinic Leadership Network aimed to elevate diverse leaders in their mission to serve the California health care safety net. The network focused on supporting organizations to train and develop early leaders to expand organizational and field leadership capacity.

Network activities included peer training and gatherings that bring together safety net alumni from leadership programs, such as the Clinic Leadership Institute Emerging Leaders Program, the CHCF Health Care Leadership Program, and Cedars-Sinai Community Clinic Initiative: Managing to Leading Program, for professional development and networking.

The network created value for the entire safety net field by supporting individuals, and the organizations in which they work, to increase their capacity to provide effective, high-quality care to underserved communities.

Healthforce Center at UCSF managed the Clinic Leadership Network from 2018 to 2020.
