Rosalind De Lisser, PhD, FNP, PMHNP
Rosalind de Lisser is an associate clinical professor at the University of California, San Francisco’s School of Nursing in the Institute for Health and Aging. She is also affiliated with Healthforce Center at UCSF, the UCSF Philip R. Lee Institute for Health Policy Studies, the UCSF Center for Enhancing Communication in Healthcare, and the UCSF Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program.
De Lisser’s research interests include equity in workforce wellbeing, mental health workforce, patient-provider communication, integrated trauma-informed mental health care, and human-centered design. Her research focuses on expanding access to mental health care and promoting well-being in the work environment. She specializes in qualitative research methods.
De Lisser holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University, a master’s degree in nursing from the University of Virginia, and a doctorate in nursing and health services research from Vanderbilt University.
