Research shows that unions have some effect on nurse wages, for example a modest effect on the wage structure by eliminating race gaps on one hand, but giving lower premiums for experience.
Starting in Sept. 2025, this role will be responsible for research and implementation projects for Policy at Healthforce, along with other opportunities for collaboration, publishing, research, and professional development at UCSF.
