Project Goal: To increase Primary Care Providers (PCPs) satisfaction by addressing electronic health records (EHRs) issues, practice management, team leading and personal leadership.

Medical Scribes in Primary Care

Project Goal: To improve patient experience and provider engagement by using medical scribes to help clinicians document the patient visit. Scribes will also serve as Health Coaches to further patient education efforts.

Physician Assistants Putting Prevention into Practice

Project Goal: To help 50% of physician assistants practicing in primary care offices in California demonstrate a clear understanding of recommended preventive services as defined by post-testing after training by the end of 2015.
